Conduct an audit of current skills in your Directors and Trustees, and advise on skills gaps that need to be addressed;
Help you with strategy and ‘away days’ - for your Team and your Board, which can be completed virtually;
Deliver a range of governance training, bespoke to your needs;
Review your organisation’s strategy – helping you to refine, evolve or start from scratch;
Provide an independent assessment of the functioning of your board and organisation, including its performance, understanding of stakeholders and culture;
Help you to review your key activities and functions, providing an independent assessment of whether these remain fit for purpose and making recommendations for change, for example in light of changes to the external environment, legislation or funding;
Scope the current decision-making and policy-making processes in your organisation or sector. This can be done through extensive stakeholder and shareholder engagement or desk-based document and evidence integrated review research.
