Building on over 15 years of experience, James is our principal consultant in policy and public affairs.

Working with our wider team, we offer a range of services including:

• Working with you to define your policy and political objectives and developing your strategy, crafting the ‘ask’ and helping you to achieve your goals;

• Explaining the system and helping you to navigate local government, devolved administrations and Westminster and Whitehall;

• Helping you to identify and influence your key stakeholders – and make them your advocates;

• Training and supporting you to make the most of your political engagements – including with Ministers, MPs, civil servants, councillors and others;

• Drafting or providing guidance on your responses to key consultations;

• Helping you to identify and nurture key partnerships and relationships;

• Working with you to secure key opportunities including Ministerial meetings, appearances at All Party Parliamentary Groups, inquiries and Select Committees;

• Helping you to make an evidence based case – asking the right questions and generating the right information to make your arguments successful.
